Hill Country Conferences Performer/Presenter/Demonstration Application

Applications for the 2023 Events are now being accepted. 

DETAILS:
There is no cost to be a speaker or to host a workshop. Time slots are reserved in 30-minute increments. Speakers must agree to follow specific guidelines for creating their presentation and compiling PowerPoint slides.
Audio including wireless microphones and a projection screen are available for you to use during your presentation. You must arrive at the staging area at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time. Applications are due no less than 30 days prior to the show date and bookings will depend on availability at the time of your registration. 


Hill Country Conferences, in its sole discretion, determines whether a prospective speaker is eligible to participate in the show. Eligibility is generally limited to persons or firms who supply products and services to the industries within the parameters of the show’s theme. Applicants who have not previously exhibited at the Event are required to submit a description of the nature of their business and the items to be included in the workshop or topics if a speaker.

Upon approval you will be sent remaining available days/times to select from. Due to high demand you are able to provide one workshop per show. Indicate on the application below if you are interested in speaking/hosting a workshop at the spring show, fall show or both.

This online form is the ONLY method we will use for evaluating speakers and content.

Workshop/Speaker Sound and Video Needs

House audio/video system will be available, wireless mic available. Projectors can display graphic(s), video, slideshow of your choice.
